LEGAL

This is a template, not legal advice.
These terms are the agreement between VYRO Studio (“the studio”, “we”, “us”) and you — the person or organisation that buys, downloads or runs a VYRO product. They take effect the moment you complete an order, download a release, or start a licensed resource on a server, whichever happens first.
If you are accepting on behalf of a community, a company or a server group, you confirm you are authorised to bind it. If you do not accept these terms, do not install or run our software.
You are buying a licence to use the software, not the software itself. Subject to payment and continued compliance with these terms, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable and revocable licence to install and run one copy of the purchased product on one authorised FiveM server for as long as the licence remains active.
One licence, one production server. Running the same licence on a second player-facing server — including a second community, a second city, or a copy operated by someone else — requires a second licence.
You may keep one additional non-public instance for development and testing, provided it is not advertised, not open to players, and used only to prepare changes for your authorised server.
You may not, in whole or in part:
You may modify the unprotected portions of a product for use on your own authorised server. Doing so is at your own risk and moves the result outside the scope of support described below.
Our products are tools for running roleplay and multiplayer servers. You must not use them to break the Cfx.re platform server rules or the terms of the underlying game, to deceive or defraud your players, to process real-money gambling where you are not licensed to do so, or to operate any service that is unlawful where you or your players are located.
You are responsible for your server, its configuration, its staff and its players. VYRO Studio is an independent studio and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Cfx.re, Rockstar Games or Take-Two Interactive.
Every product verifies its licence against the VYRO API. The resource contacts us when it starts, and periodically while it runs, to confirm three things: that the licence exists and is active, that it is bound to the installation asking, and that the build being run is one we still support.
A verification call carries the licence key, the installation identity, the server address the request originates from, the product and its version, and the server build number. It does not carry player data, chat, database contents, or anything about what happens on your server. Verification exists to enforce the licence, not to observe your community.
If our API is unreachable, the resource continues to run on its last successful verification for a limited grace period so an outage on our side never takes your server down. Once that period lapses without a successful verification, the resource stops. Deliberately blocking or spoofing verification is a breach of these terms.
On first start a resource mints an installation identity and registers the address it is running on. That address becomes the authorised address for the licence. The installation identity is what lets a licence survive a restart, a reinstall or a move between hosts without a support ticket.
You can change the authorised address yourself from your dashboard a limited number of times per period. The limit is deliberate: a licence that moves between addresses constantly looks the same as a licence that has been shared. Legitimate migrations beyond the limit are handled by support, usually the same day.
Resetting an installation invalidates the previous installation identity. Do that when you rebuild a server, not to run two copies at once.
We may suspend or revoke a licence, and with it access to downloads and updates, where we have reasonable grounds to believe that:
Where the cause is a mistake rather than a breach, we will tell you what we saw and give you the chance to correct it. Where a licence is revoked for a breach you caused, no refund is due. Decisions can be appealed by writing to support@vyro.studio.
An active licence includes every version we publish for that product while the licence remains active, delivered through your dashboard as signed download links. We do not commit to a release schedule, and we may stop maintaining a product — if we do, we will say so on the product page and you keep access to the versions already published.
Support covers installation, the options documented in the product configuration, and defects in the product as shipped. It does not cover code you have modified, conflicts created by third-party resources, edited framework cores, general server administration, or custom development. Custom work is quoted separately.
Support is offered in English through our Discord and the ticket system in your dashboard.
Prices are shown in US dollars and exclude any tax that applies where you are. Payment is taken by a third-party payment provider; we never see or store your card details. Your order is fulfilled once payment settles and the entitlement appears in your dashboard.
Refunds on digital goods are governed by our refund policy, which forms part of these terms.
The studio and its licensors retain all rights, title and interest in the products, their source code, assets, documentation and branding. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of anything to you.
Configuration files, translations and content you write for your own server remain yours. If you send us feedback or a bug report, you allow us to use it to improve the product without obligation to you.
The products are provided as they are. To the fullest extent the law allows, we exclude all implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted or error-free operation. You are responsible for testing a release on your own server before you put it in front of players, and for keeping backups.
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss — lost players, lost revenue, lost or corrupted server data, or downtime. Our total liability arising out of or in connection with a product is limited to the amount you paid us for that product in the twelve months before the claim arose.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for fraud.
We may update these terms as the platform changes. The date at the top of this page always reflects the current version, and we will announce material changes in our Discord and by email before they take effect. Continuing to use a product after that date means you accept the revised terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of [governing jurisdiction to be completed by the studio], and the courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force.
Questions about these terms go to support@vyro.studio.
